ORDER PROCESSING TIME=[TRANSIT+HANDLING+ORDER CUT OFF TIME]
The time frame or order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Handling time: 1-3 business days [Monday to Friday]
- Transit time: 2-4 business days [Monday to Friday]
- Order Cutoff time: 5:00 PM [GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
We will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your Tracking number[s]. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
When we will start your transfer, you will get a tracking number with your order with which you can track your order position until you get your order hands.
Change Of Delivery Address:
For a change of deliver address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Items Out of Stock:
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED:
If you have successfully placed an order and haven’t reached it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt your Bags as once the item is bagged we have control over it [once it’s by the carrier], but if still persists kindly email: firstname.lastname@example.org we will try our best. Sometimes tracking information won’t be available on the app. In such cases, if still unable to locate your item, contact us at email@example.com we will assist you.
HAVE ANY RESTOCKING FEES?
No. We don’t have any restocking fee.
