  2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that perishable items, such as fresh succulents, are exempt from returns.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a replacement or refund.
  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team via our website. Provide your name and delivery address, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting documentation, such as photographs. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.
  5. Non-Returnable Items: Due to their perishable nature, succulents cannot be returned but will be resent.
  6. Refunds and Exchanges: If a return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange, depending on the circumstances. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  7. Return Method: Customer can return products in store or by Mail.
  8. Return Window: 30 Days from the delivery time.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
